Buying
Where do your keys come from?
From publishers and the distributors they appoint. We do not run a marketplace and we do not buy from individuals, which is why our range is smaller than the big key sites.
Are there any fees at checkout?
No. The price on the product page includes everything. There is no service fee, no payment surcharge and no membership box to untick.
Which currency am I charged in?
Payments are taken in euros. The currency menu converts prices for display using a fixed rate, so your bank may show a slightly different figure if your card is in another currency.
Keys and regions
Will this key work in my country?
Look at the region label on the product page. It names the territories the key activates in and the ones it does not. What matters is the country set on your Steam, Microsoft, PlayStation or Nintendo account, not where you are sitting. A VPN does not change that.
When do I get my key?
We get each key from our supplier after you pay. It is delivered to your account, and we email you, once it is ready. Some orders get a quick manual check first (large first orders, several orders in a day, gift cards on brand new accounts). Your order page always shows where each item is.
My key says it has already been used. What now?
Contact us with the order number and a screenshot of the error. We check the key with our supplier and send a replacement or a refund. We never ask you to buy again first.
Refunds
Can I cancel or return a key?
Yes, until the key has been supplied. Open the order in your account and cancel the item: the full amount goes back to your card. At checkout you ask us to supply the key within your 14-day cancellation period and accept that the right to cancel ends once the key is in your account. A key that does not work is a different matter: we replace it or refund it.
What if the shop cannot deliver my order?
If the supplier cannot fill an order after you have paid, we refund the full amount to the card you used. You will not be offered store credit instead.
Account
Why do I need an account?
Keys are delivered to your account so you can find them again later, and so we can stop stolen cards being used to buy keys. Verifying your email takes one six-digit code.
Can I buy for someone else?
Yes. Reveal the key in your account and pass it on. Check that the region matches the country of their account, not yours.
