What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. We also use your browser’s local storage, which works in a similar way. We use them to keep you signed in, remember your basket and protect the Shop from abuse.
Cookies we set
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| kb_session | Keeps you signed in | Up to 30 days | Strictly necessary |
| kb_cart | Remembers your basket before you sign in | Up to 14 days | Strictly necessary |
| kb_currency | Remembers the display currency you picked | Up to 1 year | Functional |
| kb_admin | Signs staff in to the admin panel (not set for customers) | Up to 8 hours | Strictly necessary |
Strictly necessary cookies are used without asking for consent because the Shop would not work without them. Functional cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie notice.
Local storage
Your answer to the cookie notice is saved in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie, so that we do not ask you again on every visit.
Third parties
- Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the sign-in, registration, password reset and contact forms to tell people from bots. It may set its own cookies or use local storage for that purpose only (security). See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
- Our payment provider, Fix Idea LTD, sets its own cookies on its payment page, under its own policy. We do not control those cookies.
We do not use cookies for advertising, profiling or analytics, and we do not share cookie data with advertisers.
Your choice
Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off in the Shop, because it would not work without them. You can accept or decline functional cookies in the cookie notice, and change your choice at any time. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but then you may be signed out and your basket may not be remembered.
Changes and contact
If we start using other cookies, we will update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it. For questions contact us at support@lootora.org. More about how we handle personal data is in our Privacy Policy.
