About this game
CONSCRIPT is a top-down survival horror experience inspired by genre classics—blending strategic resource management, methodical combat, and suffocating atmosphere into a grim, historically grounded nightmare.
The Battle of Verdun, 1916. World War I’s bloodiest conflict rages as the German Army drives deep into France.
Your younger brother has vanished amid the chaos.
Dive into the madness of war. Engage in brutal combat against hostile troops, manage scarce supplies, and solve complex environmental puzzles as you explore collapsed trench lines, infiltrate occupied forts, and cross no man's land in a desperate search for your lost kin.
Can you find the flesh and blood you’ve lost—and ensure a home goes unbroken?
True Classic Survival Horror
Limited ammunition. Fragile health. Relentless tension. Every encounter demands resolve.
Tailor the Terror
Play with modern comforts such as checkpoints, unlimited saving, and an expanded inventory—or commit to the strict limitations of classic survival horror.
A Historically Grounded Nightmare
Survive the Battle of Verdun through evocative pixel art and oppressive soundscapes that capture the brutality of one of history’s darkest battles.
War-Torn Labyrinths
Explore intertwining trenches, towns, forts, and battlefields that demand careful route planning, inventory management, and puzzle-solving.
Intense, Visceral Combat
Engage enemy combatants with authentic WWI melee weapons and firearms in desperate, claustrophobic encounters.
Return for Another Tour
Highly replay value with a full range of difficulties, multiple endings, unlockable costumes, rankings, and bonus weapons.
